“But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” In order to stay on the high road with Christ, I can’t listen to the many voices clamoring for my attention, trying to divert me to another path. Leah helps us realize that most of what we call love, and our search for it, is really a desperate expedition for evidence that we are valuable enough to be loved in the first place. We want to be loved unconditionally.
